Arruda Alvim, Aragão, Lins & Sato partner David Pereira Cardoso and attorney Bruno Henrique Kons Franco have recently participated of the tenth edition of “The Government Procurement Review”, published by The Law Reviews, by means of an article that offers a general overview on the treatment given to public contracts in Brazil, duly updated according to recently enacted law 14.133/2021.
