CPLJ Plenary Conference in Luxemburg

On March 2023, Partner Teresa Arruda Alvim was part of the CPLJ Plenary Conference, organized by the Max Planck Institute for Procedural Law, and supported by the Luxembourg Research Fund – FNR, which was held in Luxemburg.

The CPLJ is an ambitious project to create a compendium of Comparative Civil Procedural Law, involving professors from several countries in the world, from the East to the West. The work is organized into theme groups and Teresa Arruda Alvim is the coordinator of the Collective Litigation, a theme she addresses in her lecture.
