Records of the official launch of the book “The 2015 Civil Procedure Code as seen by the Superior Court of Justice”, published by Editora Revista dos Tribunais, which took place yesterday, October 18th, at the Superior Court of Justice.
The project’s coordinators, partner Teresa Arruda Alvim and Justice Sérgio Luiz Kukina, in addition to attorneys Pedro Miranda de Oliveira and Alexandre Freire, were present.
Also present the partners and some attorneys who contributed to the book: Evaristo Aragão Santos, Maria Lúcia Lins Conceição and Daniela Peretti D'Ávila, Carolina Uzeda and Manoela Virmond Munhoz.
The event was attended by the Superior Court’s officials and authorities, as Justice Maria Thereza de Assis Moura, president of the Court.
