On November 16th, partner Teresa Arruda Alvim was invited by legal scholar Federico Carpi to present a speech on modulation, at the Facoltà di Giurisprudenza dell’Università di Bologna (in Italy). Teresa’s approach was to speak about comparative law, between Brazil and Italy.

At the same event, Teresa received her membership certificate to the Science Academy of the Bologna Institute, an institution that is not exclusive to jurists, but also composed by individuals who stand out in their fields of knowledge around the world.
