Teresa Arruda Alvim , Maria Lúcia Lins Conceição , and Evaristo Aragão Santos are contributing to the anthology " 10 Years of the Code of Civil Procedure ," which is now available for pre-order from Editora Thoth .
Organized by Judge José Sebastião Fagundes Cunha and Bruno Augusto Sampaio Fuga, the work brings together dozens of authors in an assessment of the first decade of the 2015 Code of Civil Procedure.
Teresa Arruda Alvim wrote the preface. Maria Lúcia Lins Conceição contributed the article "The Interruptive Effect of Declaratory Appeals: In Defense of an Objective Criterion." Evaristo Aragão Santos authored the chapter "The STJ Case 1.296: Between the Rule and the Anomaly in Notifying the Obligated Party Regarding the Application of Coercive Fines."
