Article of the attorney Carolina Uzeda and Vinicius Zimmermann is published in a collection

Attorney Carolina Uzeda and intern Vinicius Zimmermann contributed to the book “Administrative Misconduct: material and procedural aspects of Statute 14,230 of October 25th, 2021”. They wrote an article under the title “The importance of the federal law in special appeals of actions relating to administrative misconducts: the appeal of the condemned”.

The book was published by Editora Thoth, from Londrina, and coordinated by professors and public attorneys Daniel Octávio Silva Marinho and Marco Aurélio Ventura Peixoto.
