O artigo faz parte do livro editado pelo escritório Britânico Addleshaw Goddard, LLP, que compila a matéria em 15 jurisdições, como a Alemanha, os Estados Unidos, a Itália e o Reino Unido.
Arruda Alvim, Aragão, Lins & Sato partners Teresa Arruda Alvim and David Pereira Cardoso have recently participated of the eighth edition of “The Government Procurement Review”, published by The Law Reviews, by means of an article that offers a general overview on the treatment given to public contracts in Brazil. The article is part of the book edited by the British law firm Addleshaw Goddard, LLP, which covers the subject on 15 jurisdictions, including Germany, the United States, Italy and the United Kingdom.
