New Book: Civil Enforcement - New Tendencies - Studies in honor of Professor Arruda Alvim




The collection "Civil Enforcement - New Tendencies - Studies in honor of Professor Arruda Alvim" is now available. The series of books was coordinated by Justices Marco Aurélio Bellizze, Aluisio Gonçalves de Castro Mendes, Trícia Navarro Xavier Cabral, and by partner Teresa Arruda Alvim. Teresa Arruda Alvim furthermore contributed with the article “Some Reflections on Reducing Judicial Involvement in Enforcement Procedures”, written in co-authorship with attorney Leonardo Ferres da Silva Ribeiro.


The partners Maria Lúcia Lins Conceição and David Pereira Cardoso also took part in the collection, writing the article “Is the signature of instrumental witnesses necessary for the formation of an enforceable title? The role of case law in attributing greater effectiveness to the enforcement process”.
