This Friday, June 10th, partner Teresa Arruda Alvim will give a lecture at an event organized by the University of Trento (Italy), to celebrate one year of the creation of the publication “Giustizia Consensuale”.
She will discuss how lawyers should approach mediation, seeing it as a good solution
for clients in many cases. The presentation is based on an article she co-authored with Marcio Bellocchi, drafted for the first issue of the publication.
