Teresa Arruda Alvim participated, last Tuesday, August 18th, in an ordinary meeting of the Center for Constitutional Studies of the Supreme Federal Court. https://portal.stf.jus.br/

This group of tax lawyers, with the exception of Teresa, who is a procedural lawyer, has been discussing, as directed by the president of the Supreme Federal Court and under the coordination of Professor Fernando Facury Scaff, possible solutions to avoid the congestion of the justice system and the lack of uniformity in jurisprudence, as likely consequences of the tax reform.
